1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon molasses
1 teaspoon oil (I used a Mediterranean olive oil blend)
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
a pinch of ground nutmeg
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir well.
Makes: enough for 1 salad if you like a lot of salad dressing, or 2 salads if you like it on the lighter side.
